Limited Sampling: Basic Assessment

- Fastest and easiest of all mold inspection services.
- Sample in Client identified areas.
- Do a visual assessment on identified rooms only!
- Collecting appropriate samples in client defined areas only
- Report will identify microbial issues in sampled areas only
- NOT A WHOLE HOME INSPECTION
- Cannot produce remediation specifications
- Designed to identify microbial issues in all readily accessible areas of a residential property.
- Do a visual assessment of all readily accessible areas.
- Identify all “Red Flag” areas.
- Minimum samples: three. Suggest sampling of all identified “Red Flag” areas.
- The Mold Screen Inspection Agreement:
- Client has the choice to have additional samples taken;
- Report will identify microbial issues in all areas accessed;
- Cannot produce remediation specifications.
