Types of Mold Assessments Services

Limited Sampling:  Basic Assessment

•          Designed to identify microbial issues in limited spicifis  defined area(s).

•          Fastest and easiest of all mold inspection services.

•          Sample in Client identified areas.

•          Do a visual assessment on identified rooms only!

–         Collecting appropriate samples in client defined areas only

–         Report will identify microbial issues in sampled areas only

–         NOT A WHOLE HOME INSPECTION

–         Cannot produce remediation specifications

Mold Screen

•          Designed to identify microbial issues in all readily accessible areas of a residential property.

•          Do a visual assessment of all readily accessible areas.

•          Identify all “Red Flag” areas.

•          Minimum samples: three. Suggest sampling of all identified “Red Flag” areas.

•          The Mold Screen Inspection Agreement:

–         Client has the choice to have additional samples taken;

–         Report will identify microbial issues in all areas accessed;

–         Cannot produce remediation specifications.

Mold Survey

•          Designed to identify microbial issues in all readily accessible areas of a residential property and produce remediation specifications to properly address any issues discovered.

•          Same as a Mold Screen except:

Samples MUST be collected in all “Red Flag” areas.

–         HTNS Field Assessment Forms include:

•          Visual Field Assessment of all Affected Rooms

•          Diagrams

•          Photo Log

•          Home Owner Questionnaire

Clearance/Post-Cleaning

•          Determines success or failure of mold remediation efforts in sampled areas.

•          Clearance = Containment vs. Post-Cleaning -no plastic.

•          Includes visual inspection for mold or settled dust and or debris.

•          Collection of appropriate samples.

•          The Clearance and Post-Cleaning Inspection Agreements includes :

–         Client provides areas to be inspected/sampled

–         Report will identify if microbial issues still exist

–         Final report is either Pass or Fail.

Platinum Mold Assessment Package up to 3500 + square foot home                                                      $1385.00
